BANANA OAT PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats in a nutribullet, blender or food processor until it becomes a flour.

  2. Add the eggs, bananas, cinnamon and vanilla and blend until smooth.

  3. Add a little butter to a pan and put on medium heat.

  4. Pour pancake batter and let it cook for about 2 minutes or once the batter starts to bubble on top and then flip to cook the other side. Repeat until batter is finished.
