In a medium saucepan, bring the water and the spices to a boil. You are going to want to whisk the spices in the water.
Once the water boils, add the sugar, maple syrup and the tea bags. Turn off the heat and allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags and strain the tea into a teapot.
For the latte, use another saucepan and add the milk, cinnamon and maple syrup. Bring to a slight boil and then remove from heat.
Using a frother (we used this one), froth the milk latte portion.
Pour some of the tea in a cup and then top it off with the milk latte.
