
Fall is our favorite season for so many reasons..and now you’re probably thinking..umm..what does fall have to do with a nachos recipe? It doesn’t. Well, not really…
One of the things we love to do during this cozy season is veg. Like binge-watch our favorite TV shows on Netflix type of veg. And you can bet there’s a snack around.
See, that’s where the nachos come in. These sweet corn nachos are between a snack, an appetizer and a full-on meal. It’s really up for debate, but we found that they are perfect for when you are hungry and not starving. They will fill you up just enough to eat something else a couple hours later.
So if you’re looking for a snack that does just that, then you’ll really like these nachos. You can even bring it to game night or football Sunday and wow the masses 😉
SWEET CORN NACHOS
Ingredients
- 1 package Tortilla Chips of your preference
- 1 can Queso
- 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 3/4 cup Sweet Corn cooked
- 3/4 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Cracked Pepper optional
Instructions

Place tortilla chips on baking sheet.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tortilla chips in oven for 5 minutes, just enough to warm them up.

Meanwhile, heat up the queso in the microwave.

Take the tortilla chips out of the oven and add the queso on top.

Sprinkle the cilantro, shredded cheese and sweet corn on top. Season with cracked pepper (optional).
